Do I need a subscription for it to work?
No. Buy the hardware outright and it works forever — it opens your Google review page and it keeps doing that. A plan is what lets you change where it points, see the tap data, and get replacements and reprints included.
What happens if I cancel a plan?
The card keeps working and keeps pointing wherever it last pointed. You lose the ability to change the destination and to see tap data. Nothing you have printed stops functioning — we do not switch off cards.
Is there a refund or a guarantee?
No refund on hardware, and no money-back period — there is a warranty instead. If it arrives damaged or the chip fails, we replace it free. No refunds on hardware once it's been pointed at your listing, because by then it has been programmed for your business and cannot go back into stock. Plans are cancel-anytime and your cards keep working if you stop paying. If you bought before 13 September 2026 you bought under a money-back guarantee and you keep it — the terms in your confirmation email are the ones that apply to your order.
