Terms of Service
What you are buying, how billing works, and what each of us is responsible for.
Last updated 25 September 2026
Agreement
These terms are between you and Dime Media ("we", "us"), 12357 S Pike Hill Lane, Herriman, UT 84096. By using our services, using a Dime Media card, or paying us, you agree to them. If you are agreeing for a business, you are confirming you have the authority to do that.
Our services
We sell review stands and cards for business counters, and services for local businesses: automated Google review request texts, missed-call text-back, an AI receptionist, reputation management and Google Business Profile management, websites, and the setup work that goes with them.
Each service is provided as described at the time you buy it — on our website, in your quote, or in your order confirmation.
A Dime Media card contains a passive NFC tag and a printed QR code. Both point at a short link we host, which forwards to the Google review page for the business the card is assigned to.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance each month through Stripe. If you choose a prepaid plan — annual, or another multi-month term agreed with us — that payment covers the whole prepaid term. There is no long-term contract.
You can cancel any time by emailing info@dimemedia.co or calling 801-734-5948. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your service continues until then.
We do not refund partial periods. If you cancel partway through a month or a prepaid term, you keep the service to the end of it, but the unused part is not refunded.
If a payment fails, we will let you know, and we may pause your service until it is paid.
Hardware is paid for once, at checkout. If it arrives damaged or the chip fails, we replace it free. No refunds on hardware once it's been pointed at your listing. The details are at dimemedia.co/legal/returns. If you ordered before 13 September 2026, the terms in your confirmation email apply to that order.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate business information, including your legal business name, EIN and address. The phone carriers require it to register your business for texting.
Only text customers who gave your business their phone number and permission to be contacted.
Follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and every other law that applies to texting and telemarketing, including state laws.
Honor opt-outs. Anyone who replies STOP must not be texted again.
You are responsible for the content of any message you approve.
Indemnification
You agree to cover Dime Media — including the cost of defending a claim, and any settlement or judgment — for claims that arise from your contact lists, your consent records, or messages sent on your behalf.
Review policy
Review requests go to every customer, not a selected few. We do not screen customers by how happy they seem before sending them to Google, we do not offer or allow rewards for reviews, and we do not write, buy or post fake reviews. You agree to the same.
With a stand, that means asking every customer at a consistent moment, offering nothing in exchange, never using a shared device or kiosk, and never setting review targets for staff or asking customers to name individual employees.
This is what Google's review policies and the Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials require. If our services are used to break these rules, the consequences land on your Business Profile, and we may stop a link or a message we believe is being used that way.
Carrier registration
Business texting has to be registered with the phone carriers (A2P 10DLC). Approval is decided by the carriers and their registration partners, not by us. It is not guaranteed, and it can take time.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, a number of reviews, a star rating, calls, or revenue. Nobody can honestly promise those, and a company that does is describing something Google's policies do not permit.
Third-party platforms
Our services run on other companies' platforms: our CRM and messaging platform, Stripe, Google, and the phone carriers. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes. When one affects you, we will tell you what we know.
Ownership
You own your Google Business Profile, your domain, your website content and your customer data.
Dime Media owns its templates, workflows and systems, including the short links we host.
Your card link
The short link printed on your cards stays active. If you cancel a subscription, the card keeps working and keeps pointing where it last pointed.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost reviews, or any other indirect loss.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your service if you break these terms, including by texting people who have not given consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
