Done-for-you orders are pointed at your Google listing and tap-tested by us before they go in the box. Self-setup cards ship unassigned — you point them at your own listing by tapping the card and following the activation page. The chips reach us blank: we write each one and lock it ourselves, so nobody outside Dime Media has handled where your card points.

Inside Salt Lake County we deliver in person where we can, place the card on your counter and tap it ourselves before we leave. Everywhere else in the United States it goes by post.

Ships in 1–2 business days. That is dispatch time — how long we take to get it into the post — and it is the only timeframe we state. It is not a delivery date.

⚙️ We have not confirmed a carrier or a transit time, so this page gives no estimate for how long the journey itself takes, and neither does any other page. We would rather say nothing than guess at somebody else's schedule. Email info@dimemedia.co if you need a shipment chased and we will tell you what the tracking says.

Email info@dimemedia.co and we will replace it. Do not throw away the packaging until the replacement arrives.
