If it isn't working, send the card back in working condition within 30 days and we'll refund it.

We guarantee the system works — cards live, requests sending — not a specific number of reviews.

In practice: if the card does not open your review screen, if the link does not work, or if the thing you were sold is not the thing that arrived, you get your money back.

We cannot refund you because a number of reviews did not materialise. That depends on your staff mentioning the card, your customer volume, and a hundred things on your side of the counter. It is why we ship the script and the placement guide rather than only the hardware, and why we say plainly that a card nobody mentions works far more slowly.

Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the billing period. Your cards keep working and keep pointing where they last pointed.
