How long until it's live?
Two days. We call you within 24 hours — a 15-minute call to get your details, then we do the rest — and your email review requests are running within two days. Text messages follow once carrier registration clears, which takes days to a couple of weeks and is out of anyone's hands, but nothing waits on it because email starts on day one.
What if I already ask my customers?
Then you already know the problem is that it only happens when someone remembers. Engine asks every customer at the same point in the job, in the same words, whether or not anyone thought about it that day. You are not replacing the ask — you are making it happen when the shop is busy.
What if I cancel?
Hardware you bought outright keeps working and keeps pointing wherever it was last set. What a plan adds is the ability to change that destination, the tap data, and replacements and reprints — so those stop, and the cards themselves carry on opening your review page.
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. The stand and the review requests work off your public review link — we never touch your account. On Managed, where we post your review replies for you, you'd add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. Thirty seconds, you stay the owner, and you can remove us any time.
