Terms
What you are buying, what we promise, and what we do not.

Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Dime Media, 12357 S Pike Hill Lane, Herriman, UT 84096. Using this site or a Dime Media card means you accept them.
What the product does
A Dime Media card contains a passive NFC tag and a printed QR code. Both point at a short link we host, which forwards to the Google review page for the business the card is assigned to.
Hardware bought outright keeps working indefinitely and keeps pointing wherever it was last set. A subscription adds the ability to change that destination, to see tap data, and to receive replacements and reprints.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a number of reviews, a star rating, a search ranking, or any business outcome. Nobody can promise those, and a company that does is describing something Google's policies do not permit.
We do not control Google. If Google changes its review interface, its policies, or its treatment of your Business Profile, that is outside our control, though we will tell you what we know.
How you must use it
You agree to ask for reviews in a way that complies with Google's policies: ask every customer at a consistent moment, offer nothing in exchange, do not route people by how they feel, do not use a shared device or kiosk, and do not set review targets for staff or ask customers to name individual employees.
If you use our product to break those rules, the consequences land on your Business Profile. We may stop serving a link we believe is being used that way.
Your link
The short link printed on your cards remains active. We do not disable links belonging to customers who cancel a subscription — the card keeps working and keeps pointing where it last pointed.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for lost business, lost reviews, or any indirect loss.
